Shipping and Return Policies
We know how quickly you probably want to get to work on sewing up your creations. We try hard to ship all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As we get close to the Christmas holiday, we ship every single day. If you have a rush deadline, please email us to let us know and we will do our best to work quickly: firstname.lastname@example.org. We ship to all countries.
To keep costs as low as possible for you, we typically send our patterns via USPS First-Class mail, both domestically and internationally, unless you request otherwise. Books and large orders go out via USPS Flat-Rate Priority mail envelopes for the best deal.
We expect orders to arrive before 5-7 business days inside the United States, before 10 business days to Canada or Mexico and before 15 business days internationally (depending on customs). If you do not receive your order by this time, please contact us at email@example.com and we will make it right by either shipping a new package or issuing you a refund.
We do our best to make our patterns top-quality. But if you are not satisfied, we would be happy to refund your purchase price within 45 days. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If it is our fault, we will refund shipping costs as well. In any case, we will do everything we can to ensure that you enjoy our patterns and to make you happy with how we've treated you.
