Change Your Relationship with Pants

Here’s the thing – bodies are living, breathing, digesting, growing beings. We are not made of marble. Weight shift is inevitable. It is healthy.

My waist circumference, for example, shifts by up to two inches depending on where I am in my cycle! Not to mention the drastic changes during the last ten years of pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding.

We must honor our bodies in their natural state of flux, giving them room to breathe, to dance, to hike and to feel confident in our clothing.
